Multiple glue lines should be inserted to prevent sticking;
二、 Production by operators:
1. Check if the machine safety adjustment is safe;
2. Whether the operator is familiar with the production product quality standards before operation;
3. The plastic injection molding factory explains that the processing method must be correct, such as: the water outlet position must be cut flat or batch flat, and other edges must not be batch or cut damaged;
4. Pay attention to shrinkage, color mixing, top height, lack of glue, and material splashes when inspecting the appearance, and be clear about the limit of receiving goods;
5. Products with strict appearance requirements, such as mirrors, light buttons, smooth surfaces, etc., that do not spray oil and are assembled outside, must not have fingerprints or oil spots. The workbench should be kept clean and should not scratch or scratch the product;
6. During production, the product should be thoroughly inspected every 30 minutes, and the samples and quality inspection packaging instructions should be carefully checked to ensure that the qualified rate of the produced product reaches 100%;
